Nathan has served in corporate counsel and general-counsel roles, advised companies operating in the United States and abroad, and worked in Wyoming state government. He understands what business leaders need from outside counsel because he has been the person hiring and managing lawyers: clear options, realistic assessments of risk, practical recommendations, disciplined legal spend, and advice tied to the company’s objective.

Technical and financial fluency

Before practicing law, Nathan earned a degree in electrical engineering and worked in industrial robotics, including welding and cutting systems for major manufacturers. He later earned an MBA while completing his legal education. That background gives him unusual fluency in disputes involving engineered products, manufacturing processes, expert testimony, business valuation, financial records, and technically complex evidence.

Nathan represents clients in state and federal litigation, trials, negotiations, legislative proceedings, and other high-stakes settings.
